You create a design for your campaign, for example a DL Communications piece to 1000 contacts on your database. You then decide which part of the DL piece you want to be variable , for example the first name on the front and the name and address on the back.
You simply supply us the artwork and the database in a standard format such as Excel. Our personalisation software will take the first names and the address details from the database and insert them into the designated areas on the DL Flyer. The software will expand and contract to allow for the longest and shortest names or other variable information.
It’s simple and you can personalise anything you want on the marketing piece as long as it has a column in your database. You can even personalise the message and the image to your audience.
